FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - UTILITY
Provides limited financial assistance to restore utilities (gas, electric, water) or to avert utility disconnection. Works with other community organizations toward the completion of a financial package to cover a past due amount. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Financial counseling is provided to all clients receiving emergency assistance.
